Domenick’s vast technical knowledge of vintage cars is fantastic. They have been working on my cars for more than 10 years and I have always had a great experience. True artisans, Frank and Santo are the most trustworthy and skilled mechanics that I have ever seen, caring for my cars as if they were their own. They always seem to come up with the correct parts even when they are no longer available. Additionally, Domenick’s is the model for what customer service should be. They brilliantly communicate the progress of the job even when the news is not so great. Domenick’s is a very rare business that has been doing it right for a very long time. They have my highest recommendation.

It goes without saying that they’re the foremost experts on vintage Italian automobiles, and have been entrusted with the repair and restoration of countless rare and irreplaceable automotive artifacts. Of course the work they’ve done on my Alfas over the decades has been exemplary. But there’s more. This garage is the hub of a community of fine people brought together somewhat coincidentally by a common interest. It’s a family.

I've been bringing cars here -- not just Italian, but also British, German, Swedish and American -- and I've never been disappointed. Their holistic view of the car -- where they consider all systems and their interrelation -- has seen them spot trouble where I hadn't noticed it. But it also will lead them to recommend deferring or skipping a procedure I thought necessary. Their diagnostic skills are way above average, their ability to fine tune a car the best I've ever experienced. They are also the nicest, most empathetic folk you could know and the story of their business -- handed down by their father -- is amazing and heartwarming. Only negative thing I could say is they are sometimes very busy.

Dominick’s is the absolute standard for classic car service here in Westchester, but beyond their technical expertise Frank and Santo have created a hub for classic car people that enriches the community in a huge way. Whether it’s their annual rally to support cancer research, their vintage racing effort, or simply their friendly assistance to any and all car folk, the Spadaros are a very special part of the classic car environment. I’ve known the shop for 6 years and have had multiple cars under their care, needless to say I recommend them without any hesitation!
